If truely: premature ovarian failure, then diet and exercise can help you feel better, some medications in the SSRI category can help with hot flashes. PE history precludes estrogen therapy for most people. IF polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance is found, decreasing simple carbs, such as bread, pasta, rice potatoes, and sugar can help, metformin can help.
