Expected final male height is the average of both parents +2.5". Further increase in height is possible if your growth centers are open. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can verify this. If you have grown 2 or more inches in the past year you will likely grow more. If less than an inch you are near the end. There is no meds/diet/exercise that will change this.
