How can i increase my height? i am 17 years old... and 5 want to be atleast 5'6.....help!!!?

Increase height: Your height will reach its maximum when the growth area in your long bones close. You are at an age when the bone growth areas are closing or about to close. There is no way to increase your height.

Unlikely to happen: At 17 your growth centers have likely closed or are closing so little if any linear growth is expected.If you want to know for sure an x-ray of the wrist ; hand can be analysed for bone maturity ; tell if the growth centers remain open to new growth. A bone maturity more consistent with 14 would leave some room for growth. Most girls get 2.5 in or 5 cm after their first menses and stop.
