Hello, i recently got a blood test back and all was fine except on my cbc except a absolute myelocyte of 52, and reactive lymphocytes of 14%. i was getting over foliculitis the day of the test. all other tests were normal. could it be from infection?

increased number of reactive lymphocytes can definitely go along with infection, though would not necessarily be expected with a mild folliculitis infection. It would probably be best to ask the Dr who ordered the CBC about repeating in a month or so, & most likely it will be normal
