Can symptoms of impacted ear wax come and go? i have clogged feeling in right ear only along with mild tinnitus and muffled hearing. no earache or dizziness. usually feels worse after lying down but fluctuates throughout the day?

Symptoms from ear wax can fluctuate. If you have no discharge from the ear, you may instill a few drops of oil in the affected or both ears. That will soften the wax and it will come out on its own.
