Im 22, my prolactin was very high months ago, now i am having hot flashes/irregular period. ultrasound said my ovaries look fine (normal size and structure) no cysts. what should i do?

We need more information. Why was prolactin measured? Go to uptodate.com and read more, then discuss with your tram give us the numbers and normal range next time for all labs.
