Ultrasound confirmed a cyst on my ovary a few months ago. normal periods up until december (i'm 24yo), started spotting medium/dark brown with some red; today is day 16 of this. i'm due for an ultrasound tomorrow, but doctor office will not return my phon

Ovarian cyst/bleedin: Check a pregnancy test? May also be infection, (ureoplasma, mycoplasma, BV) check thyroid as well and prolactin. When we ovulate the egg is released from a cyst , was that the kind of cyst seen? or was it from polycystic ovarian disease or more pathologic cysts? At this point you will see someone tomorrow so do not worry, ,know that menstraul irregularities are very common and ovulation has cysts

Ultrasound due to irregular periods. Right sided endometrioma of 4cm left ovary 4cc right 59cc, cycle day 5. Follow up 5 weeks later day 41 of cycle left ovary 6cc right 6cc. otherwise all normal no cyst. Does ovary volume change make sense?
