A member asked:

Does symptomatic mid-renal artery stenosis resolve itself without surgical intervention or medication? can it be a temporary manifestation on cta and us doppler test?

This problem is most likely persistent if confirmed by Doppler and CTA. If you meant secondary or accelerated hypertension or worse kidney function as the symptom, it should be fixed with percutaneous angioplasty with or without stent. Surgical repair is also an option but it is more invasive.
