Maybe not: Hard to be sure on the basis of this brief description, but i would worry about blood leakage and you should advise your surgeon of your pain.

Post op back pain: You should let your drs. Know about the back pain. Sometimes it is nothing serious and sometimes it can be a real problem, no way of knowing out here.
