Had a mri on my hip which showed fluid around my overie .i have had a hysterectomy and only have one overly and i am 65. i'm a little e worried what should i do now and what are my chances of having the c word?

Ask your gyn provider to order a transvaginal ultrasound, which can show details of the ovary. If the U/S does not show a complex structure , the chances for ovarian cancer are low. At age 65, menopause has usually occurred. If there is complexity to the ovary, you may require a biopsy to be certain about cancer risk.
