It's been a week now since i'm having pain on both my breasts... the last time i had such pain it's when i was able to go on my periods. i had hysterectomy in 2016. both tubes were removed and one ovary left. it this normal or should i be worried?

Breast pain: Since both breasts are involved simultaneously, this favors a hormonal cause.similar to that which can occur prior to or during the menstrual cycle and/or it could be from imbalance of estrogen and progesterone. This symptom can be helped by taking anti-inflammatory medication or wearing a supportive bra. If breast pain doesn't resolve consult your gynecologist who may prescribe hormonal treatment
