Estrogen: Hormone replacement is suggested since it is memory, bone and cardiac protective. I only prescribe bio-identical hormones and only use transdermal. I do not give oral estrogen due to the risks with oral estrogens.

Not for wrinkles : The current recommendations are to use hormone replacement therapy for moderate to severe perimenopausal symptoms. Wrinkles (or fear of wrinkles) do not fall into that category.
