I stepped into a splinter of a old dog bone yesterday, should i get a tetanus shot?

If you haven't had a tetanus immunization in the past 10 years you should get one. If the bone was dirty or the puncture deep, you need one if it's been 5 years.

Definitely if you haven’t had one in the last 10 years and maybe if you haven’t had one in the last 5 years, especially if you have any history of problems that complicate your immune system.
