Arrange for a telemedicine visit with a Dr. Your normal Dr may be available for telehealth visits, or this site has that option for a cost. The Dr can discuss your symptoms, medical history and risk factors. Chest pain in teens is most commonly caused by anxiety, muscle strain, pneumonia or reflux, not heart attacks.

I agree with Dr. Kratzberg. It is very unlikely that the chest pain you have experienced over the last week is related to having a heart attack. Recommend that you talk to your parents about getting a telemedicine consult. Depending on who it is done with, it may be covered by their health insurance.
