For the past year 1/2 i have had a weird sensation in my chest. almost like my heart is dropping. just like a drop. its very scary, and i lost my insurance due to covid. i have anxiety, but im not stressed or anything when it happens. thanks?

Dropped heart : This can several things; like a cardiac (heart issue) or a panic disorder. You need to see a doctor in person. It is unfortunate that you lost your insurance.
