Im convinced i have intermittent torsion. i know i have it. its the worst feeling imaginable but everytime i see a urologist they always come up empty handed. can i request surgery to pin my teste to scrotum$maybe theyll find something during it?

Are you ready to pay out of pocket for everything ? Put aside the "doctor do no harm" mantra most abide with that would consider the risks a worrisome factor. With no clear findings it is unlikely any insurer/third party payer would approve & pay for the procedure. You can certainly get a second & third opinion & bring up the idea with the doc, but your trigger symptoms may be totally unrelated.
