I have been taking ppi for years in and off since i was 22y. i am now 29, and cannot get off of it. i am not overweight or anything, and work out but still cant, i even had surgery (linx device) for it, and still need to be in ppi. long term danger?

PPIs are designed to be used for long period of time. They have side effects. You have not described your symptoms. Can you provide more details
