Had an ultrasound. right ovary is 7.6cc and left 8.1cc. endometrial thickness is 2.8mm what does this mean. can this explain my pelvic pain?

No: Nothing from your description of the ultrasound seems to cause your pelvic pain. Pelvic pain has many causes, which may or may not be gynecological in origin. Continue following with your doctor to complete the evaluation and for treatment recommendations.

Pelvic Pain: This can definitely explain why you are having pelvic pain. It's important that you f/u with a GYN for this as you may need an endometrial biopsy and or a laparoscopy. Try taking an anti inflammatory and using an ice pack until you get to see the Dr for the pelvic pain. Good luck and keep an eye on this, you are young and have not had children yet
