Ovarian cysts: The left ovarian cyst seen on the ultrasound could cause your left abdominal pain. Depending on the size, they are often observed and can resolve over time. In your age group, other causes are less common. If this pain persists, a further workup is needed. If everything is negative, then you should discuss treating this cyst to see if the pain resolves.
