How long does your body adjust to a dose change in synthroid? ex from 100 mcg to 88 mcg bec of low tsh. when do you start to feel better?

Hypothyroid: It may take up to a month or so for your body to adjust. As your body becomes more accustomed to the lower artificial hormone supplementation, you will feel less tired, cold sensitivity, weight changes, constipation and other symptoms. Make sure to keep your Dr informed about any changes in symptoms so that they can adjust your medication accordingly.

Adjust to Synthroid.: Everyone is different. My experience is that the symptoms change in about a week, the TSH will not change for about 4-5 weeks.
