I've been on the same dose of synthroid for 12 years. a recent blood test shows: tsh - 0.25 - low, t 4 and t3 are within range. any idea why?

See below : All your results are near the normal range. Unless you have symptoms you may repeat the test in 6 months. If you have symptoms, you need to take that up with your doctor. Wish you good health.
