Oral Lesion: You seem to have described a draining fistula. This would indicate an infection and it needs treatment by a dentist. Please call a local dentist for an appointment.

SEE A DENTIST: You could have an abscess if teeth are decayed or loose or a canker sore if you have been under stress lately or have been drinking or eating acidic foods and liquids. Make a dental appointment now.

Lump: What you do is call a Dentist. You may have an infe4cted tooth that's drying through then lump (look up fistula).. That means either root canal or extraction, Your Dentist will be able to treat this or refernyuou to the appropriate specialist.

It could a tumor: Oral cancer can start with a bump and keep growing and produce a ulcer or cause bleeding. A biopsy of the lump may be needed. Go to a good ENT doctor and seek opinion. An X-ray of the jaw/Teeth may be necessary to find the exact cause and location.

Gum lump: It could be an epulis, but you need to see a dentist and see an ENT surgeon to consider whether a biopsy might be needed.
