Goodmorning.. my son is unwell with nasal congestion and seems as if he has a upper respiratory tract infection which he normally gets. a course of antibiotics is required to treat this. please assist?

Upper respiratory: Taking into account we are in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic. I wonder if this is COVID 19. It seems like a viral syndrome, Health care providers often misuse antibiotics for viral conditions, sometimes based on pressure from parents and patients asking for them.
