Swollen fingers, and sometimes ankles. haven't been diagnosed with chf, no insurance. run out of breath while talking, but can play at the park with my kids. when should i be worried about symptoms?

Fluid retention: You're experiencing fluid retention which may be hormonally induced rather than due to cardiac, kidney or liver disease. I assume you're not taking medication that promotes fluid retention. This includes ibuprofen type meds. Stop all added salt & very salty foods. If not improved try to get examined at a clinic.
