My left calf hurts it doesn't appear swollen ... could i have a blood clot ? its not warm to touch but when i run my fingers up my calf theres pain in certain areas. . i can't afford to go to the doctor... does blood clots always have symptoms?

Yes: Symptoms develop from some of the following. Any apply? History of cancer Family history Heart valve problems Birth control user Pain in your calf is unlikely a blood clot. More likely a Charley horse.Or a leg cramp.
