Likely viral illness: It is hard to tell for sure, but viral illness--laryngitis/bronchitis--is likely causing your infliction. Not knowing your age, other illnesses you may have, medication(s) you are taking, I cannot advise on the specifics. Often OTC meds such as Mucinex/Delsym/Coricidin, motrin/tylenol-cold can help alleviate your symptoms. Consult doc for an evaluation if not better in 3-5 days. Good luck
