Baby needs an exam.: I can't imagine a physician treating your baby with an antibiotic without an examination. The throat, tonsils, ears, nose and neck need to be examined and evaluated before a treatment is selected and prescribed. Remember, the more precise the diagnosis, the more effective the treatment. Schedule an appointment with your personal physician or go to the nearest Urgent Care center ASAP.
