Sweating: Yes you will lose weight but be careful that you do not lose weight too quickly. Be extra careful as spring and summer are around the corner. Also take good care of your diet. Take a look at "NuVal" on the web and see if your food and drink intake is OK. There are many other articles on the web regarding healthy foods and you should take a look at them as well.

Any weight: loss from sweating is due to a relative state of dehydration/water loss and will reverse when you rehydrate yourself. Otherwise saunas would be a great weight loss tool. It is the exercise causing the sweating that will burn calories and help with weight loss.
