A 25-year-old male asked:
what are simple yet healthy snacks i can take between sessions to keep my energy up without risking having carbs?

Nuts and..: Try nuts - has proteins and oils for energy (as long as you do not have allergies). You may be able to take some grains (such as oats) as they are complex carbs and do not cause the "sugar rush" that is a concern for some. Clearly this is more complicated depending on your goals and underlying medical condition.
