Jet Lag: You're probably suffering from severe chronobiological desynchronization--better known as jet lag. You're sleep-wake cycles are completely screwed up. The best treatment is to take melatonin before your new "bedtime." you may require 10-20 mg. As you become used to your new hours, you may be able to progressively reduce the dose.
