Can the disc narrowing of c5/c6 and c6c/7 affect my wrist and hand to excruciating pain?

Wrist pain : In my experience cervical disc disease does not cause "excruciating pain" in the wrist and hand. Cervical disc pain can referral pain in the fingers, hand, and forearm. I would look at the wrist and hand directly. See a doctor in person

Not really: It does not appear that your neck issues would cause any significant referred pain down your arm. The hand and wrist symptoms are independent and should be considered an additional problem to be addressed. Have your doctor evaluate this too
