C5-c6, mild left paracentral broad-based disc bulge is present c6-c7, mild broad-based disc bulge is present. would this cause pain in the arms and wrist? thanks-

Radiculopathy?: Looking at what you presented in isolation, it could be that he disc bulges are compressing the nerves as they exist the spine en route to the arms and hands. This is called "cervical radiculopathy". There could be other possibilities, though.
