Possibly arm pain: A disc bulge at these levels can cause nerve irritation. C6 nerve pain can run down the arm on the thumb side and to the thumb. C7 nerve pain often involves the middle of the top of the forearm, wrist and the 2nd/3rd fingers. The scalp tingling is less likely to be from these disc issues. This could be occipital neuralgia.
