Would a c5-c6, mild left paracentral broad-based disc bulge & c6-c7, mild broad-based disc bulge cause arm/wrist pain? i'm hurting bad. help!

It could: You need to see your physician. You may benefit from Cervical traction or epidural injections but you need evaluation to correlate with the imaging and then best course forward. Depending on the intensity of the nerve compression i if there is nerve compression will direct your therapy. Your symptoms may not be related to the discs but that is where the evaluaiton will decide.

Arm pain: C5 regularly irradiates in the 5th finger ( little finger). Check with a neurologist and with a pain doctor. If cervical epidural injection with local anesthetics and corticoids do not solve the problem, then the intervention of a neurosurgeon is warranted.
