Asymptomatic: Probably not. Covid symptoms typically arise on days 2-8 post exposure. If you are not having any symptoms, there is a good chance you do not have Covid. A test would verify that and allow you to rule out asymptomatic Covid in order not to spread it to at risk persons in your life.

CDC recommends: CDC recommends 14 day quarantine but quarantine can end after Day 10 w/o testing & if no sx’s have been reported during daily monitoring. Quarantine can end after Day 7 if a diagnostic specimen tests negative and if no sx’s were reported during daily monitoring. Must not have had fever for at least 24 hrs. without fever reducing meds.
