COVID epxosure : The question is was that person COVID 19 positive when you saw her. In most cases, if you have had no symptoms for 2 weeks after a possible COVID 19 exposure it is thought that you no longer need to be isolated. Since this is a pandemic, and there are many with the virus and have no symptoms everyone should be wearing masks and keep their distance right now, even if they have no symptoms

COVID 19: Agree with earlier response. If you have had no symptoms for 14 days, than there really isn't a reason to quarantine for a week. Regarding testing, I am not sure about South African policies. It isn't clinically indicated.
