A member asked:

If someone at work has been tested positive for covid-19 and i was in contact with that person 2 weeks ago but i have no symptoms. would it be recommended that i go for a test?

Depends: If your last contact was more than 14 days ago, you do not need to be tested. Wear a mask when in public. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!

Yes: Do get tested. You do not know when the other person got the virus and was contagious.
