COVID-19 Testing: You do not need a referral for COVID-19 Testing. You can call Department of Health in your Area of residence or work for COVID-19. Testing. Ask them to see a Physician for Diagnosis of your symptoms, COVID-19 Testing; and Treatment. • Discuss with them about symptoms of COVID-19, • Then follow their Recommendations. • Your Health is Precious!

See below: Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Contact your doctor/local hospital, by phone for evaluation and testing in your area. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.
