Unilateral Headache: More information is needed. Typically unilateral headaches can be related to sinus inflammation, cluster headaches, tension or facial nerve problems. Other medical conditions and medications can lead to unilateral headaches, as can vision disturbances and ear problems. See your Dr for a complete history and physical exam.
