Take a deep breath: I can tell you not to worry about it, but I know that will not work. These symptoms do not seem consistent with either of the diagnoses you fear. Regardless, make an appointment to see your physician. It may be something simple like dehydration (it has been getting hotter in Chatham, no?). Your doctor is the best person to discuss your concerns.
