Couple reasons?: You could have suffered a small stress fracture which has not healed. There may be a complication called CRPS, (complex regional stress syndrome). Perhaps a tendon tear and scarring? Can assess by using triple phase bone scan, thermogram, QSART study. See a physiatrist, and uncover answers.
