No: If you had a grade 3 sprain of your ankle ( severe) then you shouldn't expect much improvement @ 4 days.Swelling, discoloration are the norm. @ 2 wks you should be better but it may take 4-6 wks. For it to resolve.Consider seeing an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation, x-rays to rule out a fracture and treatment guidelines.Best of luck!
