Most likely yes: I am assuming this is on the outside part of your ankle. How are you doing walking, going up/down steps? Good news is it is improving. Some simple exercises, moving foot up/down and in/out can help. Pretend you have crayon between big and second to and try to spell letters of the alphabet with your foot. Good time to start applying heat 2-3 times a day.Ice still good after exercises for 20 min
