Sleep Apnea: Sleep apnea requires a full in person exam and studies, which cannot be done/ordered on telemedicine. See your Dr in person to be evaluated. They will order a sleep study to see if and how many times you stop breathing during the night, and may prescribe lifestyle changes (weight loss) and CPAP machine.

GP: Your GP will be best to coordinate either virtually, if available, or in person. A sleep study can be set up at home as well.

Agree with Dr. P: If you are overweight losing weight is imperative, not easy but essential. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
