Sleep apnea: You should be seen by an ENT to see if there is an anatomy problem to fix, since you are young. You might benefit from tonsillectomy/ adenoidectomy or nasal surgery. Dental appliances are an option for some people. The typical non-surgical option is a CPAP device.
