I had an ultrasound done of my groins and it showed multiple swollen lymph nodes in both sides. i also have soreness in those areas the largest lymph node was 1.3 is this potentially cancerous? i had diverticulitis 4 mth ago and they were normal?

Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Cancer of lymph glands or of pelvic organs cannot be excluded. You should discuss with your doctor if lymph node biopsy is warranted for examination by a pathologist to ascertain the nature of enlargement of nodes. Wish you good health!
