Observation. : If she has no other symptoms and is eating/drinking well, no difficulty breathing, you can observe and give over the counter fever reducer for her comfort. Increase her fluids. Fever is a sign that her body is fighting an infection as it should be doing. If other symptoms develop or she has underlying medical problems, or it’s not getting better in a couple of days, call her doctor for a visit.

First, report child's fever to her pediatric medical specialist Pediatrician and follow his/her directions carefully. OTC pediatric fever reducers may be helpful. If fever spikes seek immediate medical care. Also your child should see already be seeing pediatric dental specialist Pedodontist.
