See a doctor: Your daughter is ill. She should be seen by a pediatrician to be sure she doesn't become dehydrated from the vomiting, and to address the other problems.

Cause?: The first step is to find out what's causing her symptoms. See your Pediatrician ASAP to determine cause, and then treatment can be recommended. Keep her hydrated. Once 1st baby tooth erupts, but not later than 1st b'day, take her for her 1st Dental Examination to a General Dentist or, preferably, aPedodontist, a children's dental specialist.
