My 14 month old baby is teething had bad fever but fever has gone now she is sweating while sleeping should i be concerned?

Febrile illness. : Did you give your child an anti-fever medication? If so, it’s the reason why she is sweating as her fever is breaking and her body is trying to recalibrate the temperature. I would keep an eye on the fever as the medication usually last depending on what is used 4-6 hours. You may need to redose.
