I lost 30lbs since 2016 when they first told me i had fatty liver. new ultrasound indicates increased echogenicity within the liver indicative of fatty infiltration or diffuse hepatocellular disease. im afraid is cirrhosis. how can i know?

Hepatologist: Fatty liver is a poorly understood condition - has some relation to being overweight (and diabetes) but is more complicated You need to see a liver specialist (Hepatologist) or a stomach doctor (Gastroenterologist)
